The last putt drops and the After Party starts. Cold drinks, scores going up on the board, and Mitchell Ferguson live off the eighteenth green with a full band. This is the part nobody leaves early for.

Ferguson is a Dallas songwriter who has been working this city's stages for years. In 2024 he posted a song poking fun at how Nashville writes pop country, and the joke backfired beautifully: "Drink a Beer" crossed a million views in two days, country radio blogs called it an accidental top ten hit, and the Dallas Observer named him Best New Country Artist of 2025. He beat the Nashville formula at its own game without ever leaving Texas.

He is playing the Cup, so you get the Nashville quality songwriting and the Texas crowd that actually sings along.

this on.

The Metroplex Civic and Business Association is a Dallas Fort Worth business league built on one idea: merging community, business and action.

MCBA puts its members in the rooms where the region actually gets decided. Five Leadership Luncheons a year, happy hours and invitation only events, with mayors from across the Metroplex, statewide officeholders and members of Congress at the same tables as the executives who build DFW.

It also shows up where those decisions are actually made. Local races set property taxes, zoning and permits, and almost nobody votes in them, so VOTElocal gives member companies a nonpartisan, turnkey way to get their people to the polls.

Giving is built into membership. GIVElocal turns member companies into organized volunteer teams and pairs them with member nonprofits, and at every large event a portion of the proceeds goes to that event's nonprofit partner. For the Chairman's Cup, that partner is Untrafficked.

Proceeds fund MCBA community programs across DFW, including GIVElocal, and support our partner Untrafficked.

Untrafficked

Untrafficked is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, EIN 85-0894728. It turns awareness into action: equipping communities, generating real time intelligence, and accelerating victim identification and recovery, while helping restore children and families impacted by exploitation and trafficking.

Guard the Innocent Training to recognise trafficking and know how to report it.
Hunt the Hidden Turning tips into intelligence law enforcement can act on.
Heal the Broken Connecting survivors to recovery partners for the long road after.

They work alongside Homeland Security, law enforcement and more than 600 vetted care facilities. A portion of every ticket and sponsorship goes to their work, and you can give to them directly as well.

Do I need a full team?

No. Buy an individual ticket and we will pair you with a group. Plenty of people play solo.

When do I submit player names?

After you check out. Email them over any time before the event and we will get them on the tee sheet.

Can I come to the party without playing?

Email bryce.martin@mcbadfw.org and we will sort you out for the lunch reception and the live set.

Am I an MCBA member?

If your company is a member, you qualify for member pricing. Email bryce.martin@mcbadfw.org to check.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes. Tickets are transferable to another player. Email bryce.martin@mcbadfw.org with the swap.

What should I bring?

Golf shoes and clubs. Carts, range balls, meals and the swag bag are included. Rentals are available through the club.

On site at Cowboys Golf Club, 1600 Fairway Drive, Grapevine, Texas 76051. Parking is free.
